Most businesses use AI as a better search box. We use it as a team. At Useryze, agents collect our data, run our content pipeline, create and assign tasks, and check that the work actually shipped. Everything we build for clients runs inside our own business first.
01Layer 1: data agents
Good decisions need fresh numbers. Our data agents pull performance every day from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook, our website, Google Search Console, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, our ad platforms and our CRM, and land it all in one warehouse. Nobody exports a spreadsheet on Monday morning.
Layer 2: content pipeline agents
Content agents look at what people search for and engage with, then draft scripts and articles, produce AI video and images, publish to our CMS and social channels, and repurpose each piece into every format. People set the direction and review before anything goes out.
Layer 3: the ops agent
This is the piece most teams are missing. Our internal ops agent reads the data, decides what matters this week, creates the tasks, assigns each one to the right person or agent, and then verifies that it was implemented. A task is not done because someone ticked a box; it is done when the change is live and checked.
Layer 4: execution agents
Specialized agents carry each task through its life: ideate, prioritize, create, execute, QA and launch. They work in the tools we already use, including Jira, GitHub, Google Cloud, AWS, HubSpot, Zoho and Shopify, using Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini depending on the job.
What this looks like for clients
We design custom agentic flows for each client. The most common ones:
- Lead responder: replies to new leads in minutes, qualifies and books calls.
- Weekly growth brief: a plain-English summary of every channel and this week's priorities.
- Product content pipeline: unique copy and images for every product, like the one we run for three jewelry stores.
- Data loop: every channel in one place, as in our restaurant data loop.
Guardrails we never skip
- Humans set the rules. Agents only do what they are allowed to do.
- Unusual cases go to a person, right away.
- Everything is checked. QA is its own step, not an afterthought.
